Mix Well
Add eggs and remaining buttermilk.
Stir in butter and vanilla
Divide evenly between pie shells. Top with pecans.
Bake in 425f preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature of oven to 350f and
bake 25 -- 30 minutes more or until knife inserted into
center comes out clean.
Cool completely. Store in refridgerator.
