Herbed Green Beans
Yeild -- 6 Servings

1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans
-
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
-
2 tbsp butter
-
3 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried
-
1/4 tsp paprika
In saucepan, cover green beans with water.
Cook until crisp tender.
In skillet, saute onions in butter.
Add lemon juice, parsley, salt,
thyme and paprika.
Drain beans and add herb butter, stir to coat.
Serve immediately.
