| Crust;
2/3-cup dry roasted peanuts
1-cup flour
1-stick margarine
Blend flour and margarine. Then put in the peanuts. Place
in a 9 x 13
inch greased pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Filling;
1/3-cup crunchy peanut butter
8-oz. Cream Cheese
1-cup Confectioners Sugar
1-cup Cool Whip
Cream peanut butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and spread on
the crust
when it is cool.
Next;
1-vanilla instant pudding
1-chocolate instant pudding
1 3/4-cup milk
Blend puddings with milk and beat 1 minute. Spread over peanut
butter
layer. Top with cool whip. |
