2 Tablespoons diced salt
pork.
1 onion, chopped
4 cups diced potatoes
2 cups boiling water
2 cups canned corn
1-pint milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Fry salt pork and onion in
skillet for 2 minutes.
Boil potatoes 15 minutes.
Add pork mixture and
corn. Cook until tender.
Add milk. Season with
salt and pepper. Bring to
boiling point.
Yield 6 servings.
