1 1/4cup flour
3/4cup oleo
1/2cup walnuts (chopped fine)
Blend, put into pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2cup confectioneries sugar
1/2 large cool whip,
Mix and spread.

THIRD LAYER:
4 packages instant lemon pudding
5 cups milk
Mix and spread.

Let set, then spread remaining cool whip on top. Chill.
