MAPLE FUDGE

2 CUPS SUGAR
2 CUPS MAPLE SYRUP
1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 BUTTERED 9 X 13 CAKE PAN

COOK SUGAR, SYRUP AND HEAVY CREAM UNTIL IT MAKES 
A HARD BALL ( 236 degrees), ABOUT 40 MINUTES.
ADD VANILLA AND LET COOL SLIGHTLY, THEN STIR UNTIL
IT STARTS TO THICKEN, ADD NUTS AND PUT INTO PAN.
THIS THICKENS REALLY FAST WHEN YOU ADD THE NUTS
SO DON'T WAIT TOO LONG.
