Maple Pecan Pie
Maple Pecan Pie

3 eggs

3/4cup light brown sugar, firmly packed

2 Tablespoon flour

1 1/4cup Maple Syrup

1/4cup butter, melted

1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Beat eggs slightly with rotary beater.  Add sugar, flour, syrup and butter; beat until well blended.  Stir in chopped nuts; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until filling is set in center.
