Crust:   2 cups flour
            2 sticks butter
            10 Tblsp. Powdered sugar

Mix all of the above until "crumbly".  Press into a 9x12 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Filling:    3 eggs
            1 pinch of salt
            1 1/2 cups sugar
            ½ cup flour
            4 cups sliced peaches

Beat eggs.  Add salt, sugar, flour and peaches.
Blend well and pour over baked crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes, or until
Toothpick comes out clean.
