Pine Hollow
PORTUGUESE SOUP
  4  14.5 oz. cans of chicken broth
  1 lb. smoked kielbasa sausage (sliced & cut in 4ths)
  1 lb. potatos (about 4 medium, chopped)
  1  15.5 oz. can kidney beans (drained)
  1  14.5 oz. can diced tomatos
  1/2 medium head of cabbage (coarsely chopped)
  1 medium onion (chopped)
  2 carrots (diced)
  3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  pepper to taste
 Combine all in a large pot.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and gently
  simmer for about one hour.  Serves 6 to 8.
