Pine Hollow
Blueberry or Cherry Tart
This is a must have! 
You will need for dough:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 sticks of margarine
 Mix like pie dough and pat into cookie sheet.
Bake at 350f preheated oven -- 12 minutes or golden brown.

 For the filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  •  Beat with mixer til smooth.
    Blend in 1 container of Cool Whip.
    Spread this mixture over cooled crust.
    If it is not firm, chill in fridge for 15 - 20 minutes.

     After cooled, Spread 1 can of Blueberry or Cherry Pie Filling on top.
    Keep refridgerated.
