Venison meatloaf from Pine Hollow handcrafts

Venison Meatloaf
Yeild -- 6 - 8 Servings
Please don't be offended by our recipes involving "wild game".
The men in our lives do not hunt for the "sport"
They make use of the game as did our fore fathers.

2 eggs
1 can (8oz) tomatoe sauce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs ground venison
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp vinegar

In large bowl, lightly beat eggs.

Add tomato sauce, onion, crumbs, salt, & pepper.

Add venison and mix well.

Press into ungreased 9in x 5in x 3in loaf pan.

Combine brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar;

Pour over meatloaf.

Bake uncovered at 350f for 70 minutes.
