Another recipe from my June 15, 2008 newsletter! 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 (3 ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding mix 1/4 C confectioners' sugar 1/2 C milk 4 C mashed strawberries 1/8 C kirsch (or apple juice) 1/2 C granulated sugar 1 loaf pound cake 1/2 C whipping cream Beat the cream cheese, pudding mix, confectioners sugar and milk in a mixer bowl at high speed till smooth. A tasty recipe from my June 15, 2008 newsletter! 1 C all purpose flour 1/4 C powdered sugar 1/2 C butter or margarine -- melted 3/4 C granulated sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 8 oz. cream cheese -- softened 1/2 C granulated sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 C water 1 quart strawberries -- cut in half 1/2 C pecans -- chopped Heat oven to 350 degrees. This recipe was in my May 14, 2008 Newsletter...........   Lemon Lush FIRST LAYER: (in a 13x9 cake pan) 1 1/4cup flour 3/4cup oleo 1/2cup walnuts (chopped fine) Blend, put into pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.   SECOND LAYER: 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2cup confectioneries sugar 1/2 large cool whip, Mix and spread. THIRD LAYER: 4 packages instant lemon pudding 5 cups milk Mix and spread. Let set, then spread remaining cool whip on top. Chill. Hope you all like it as well as I do!

It is Maple Season here in the North East. Here is a great Pie Recipe. This recipe was in my newsletter - April 12, 2008 ================================================== Maple Pecan Pie 3 eggs 3/4cup light brown sugar, firmly packed 2 Tablespoon flour 1 1/4cup Maple Syrup 1/4cup butter, melted 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
